1. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, course registrations, 1:1 sessions, corporate contracts, and digital media purchases conducted through thetallestbranch.ie or direct commercial invoicing with The Tallest Branch Limited.
2. Bookings, Payments, and Deposits
MBSR Course Investment: Total course fee is €150 (€50 deposit required upon registration to secure a place, with the remaining balance of €100 due prior to Session 1).
Payment Gateways: All online payments are executed through SSL-encrypted third-party payment infrastructure (Stripe / Squarespace Commerce).
3. Statutory Consumer Rights, Onboarding & Cancellation Policy
Pre-Course Suitability & Refund Policy: To safeguard participant well-being, admission to the 8-Week MBSR program is subject to a pre-course onboarding screening. If a participant is deemed unsuitable to undertake the MBSR course at that time following the onboarding interview, the €50 deposit will be refunded in full.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights): Consumers resident in Ireland/EU have the statutory right to cancel a booking within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, provided the course or service has not commenced.
Course Cancellations by Us: If a scheduled MBSR cohort or workshop is canceled by The Tallest Branch Limited, a 100% full refund of all fees paid (including deposits) will be issued immediately.
Individual Session Rescheduling (1:1 Somatic Coaching): A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule an individual 1:1 session without fee forfeiture.
4. Non-Clinical Scope of Practice Disclaimer
Services provided by The Tallest Branch Limited—including MBSR courses, somatic integration coaching, and neural acoustic media—are structured non-clinical educational interventions for stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and personal development.
They do not constitute clinical psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or medical diagnosis. Participants undergoing active medical or psychiatric care should consult their clinical providers prior to enrollment.
